Irrfan Khan was very keen to know more about Malayalam films: Jagadish

Actor Jagadish reminisces about the days he spent with actor Irrfan Khan, who passed away on Wednesday, due to colon infection. Jagadish who acted along with Irrfan Khan in the film Billu, directed by Priyadarshan, says he feels lucky to act alongside a great actor like Irrfan. "I feel lucky to have had the chance to work with him in Priyadarshan's Billu. The breaks in filming were mostly spent discussing movies; he was very keen to know about Malayalam films, the genres, directors and actors.He used to say that Malayalam films had great quality. He was surprised when I told him I had watched his earlier Doordarshan serials, Chanakya and Chandrakanta. He was very talented and acting came easy to him, yet he was simple and modest".
